New Gloucester Transfer Station Stickers

Stickers are $10.00 and expire June 30, 2024

New Gloucester residents and property owners must have an annual permit sticker for each vehicle used to dispose of your trash (recyclables and bulky).

Stickers are available at the Town Office

These stickers are not available to commercial haulers; they are for residential users only. Commercial haulers shall continue to dispose of bulky items at the Mid-Maine Waste Action Corporation (MMWAC) in Auburn.

New Gloucester Transfer Station

The New Gloucester Transfer Station will be accepting the following:

Recyclables

All Recyclables must be properly separated before arriving.

Cardboard must be broken down.

Transfer Station attendants will not be touching your recyclables.

Demolition Materials

Demolition Materials will be limited to one load/one trip per week!

Stumps, leaves, pine needles, large drums or closed metal containers are not accepted at anytime.

All types of oil including Clean Waste Oil, are accepted (year round).
(Did you know when you recycle clean waste oil at the New Gloucester Transfer Station,
the oil is being used to heat the Public Works Garage, saving taxpayers' dollars)
