Sand and Gravel RFP

The Town of New Gloucester is accepting bids for sand and gravel that will be used for summer road projects and winter sanding.  The Town will accept picked up or delivered pricing for sand and gravel.  Bid specifications may be obtained at the Town Office, by calling 926-4126 ext. 1, by emailing smyers@newgloucester.com or on our website www.newgloucester.com

 

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Sand & Gravel Bid” to the Town Manager, Bill Kerbin, New Gloucester Town Office, 385 Intervale Road, New Gloucester, Maine, 04260, by 6:00 p.m., Monday, July 7, 2025.  Bids will be opened and read at the regular Municipal Officers meeting at 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 7, 2025 at the New Gloucester Meetinghouse, 389 Intervale Road, New Gloucester, Maine.  The Town of New Gloucester Municipal Officers reserves the right to reject or accept any bid if it deems it in the best interest of the town to do so.
