Invitation to Bid for
New Gloucester Fire Rescue UTV
 
The Town of New Gloucester is seeking bid requests for a new 2024 or 2025 two-person UTV. The unit shall be new. Used UTVs with a previous owner will not be considered. The bid shall be broken out into the base unit and add-ons in line items.   All warranties expressed, written, implied, or secondary purchase through a manufacturer or bidder shall be disclosed in the bid. Town of New Gloucester has the right to reject any and all bids. All bids shall be valid for 45 days.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the exterior, “Fire Rescue UTV Bids” to the Town Manager, Town of New Gloucester, 385 Intervale Road, New Gloucester, ME 04260, by 6:00 p.m., Monday, June 16, 2025. The Select Board will open and read the bids at 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 16, 2025 at the New Gloucester Meetinghouse, 389 Intervale Road, New Gloucester, Maine.  The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
