Winter Road Closures

Swamp Road (dirt section)

Tobey Road (Snow Hill Road end)

 

The Town of New Gloucester orders the winter closure of Swamp and Tobey Roads from December 1^st to April 30^th for the next five years, subject to ratification by the legislative body at a Special Town meeting, set to be determined by the New Gloucester Select Board at their October 5, 2026 board meeting.  The New Gloucester Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on the winter closure of these public roads on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 7pm.
