Mission:

Plan and execute the annual fair in conjunction with assigned staff member. The committee will be comprised of six at-large members, one Select Board Liaison and a staff member.

 Community Fair Committee Needs Your Help

The Community Fair will be returning on Saturday 8/19/2023!

 The Fair Committee is looking for community groups and/or clubs to help in the following vital areas: Set Up; Parking; and Tear Down

 The Fair Committee will make a donation to the community group in exchange for helping

 Applications for vendors and crafters will be available soon

Committee Meetings are held the second Tuesday of every month,
at 6:30 p.m., at the New Gloucester Public Library

On September 17, 2018, the Board of Selectmen voted to set a maximum number of members for the Community Fair Committee.  
Six members. Staggered terms. One Selectmen Liaison (voting). Quorum is set at four.
