The State of Maine has a new online dog licensing portal.

For those who license their dogs online - the portal is now live. Please make sure to read the instructions on the first page of the Portal.  You will also need to have a PDF of your dogs rabies certificate ready to upload while processing the license.

Cost is $6.00/spay-neutered dog - $11.00 if not

Dogs must be licensed by January 31st each year

Late fee of $25.00 is charged after February 1st.
